Žabljak, Montenegro (4 August 2020)-- Prime Minister Duško Marković began earlier afternoon his working visit to the municipality of Žabljak, by attending the meeting with Mayor of the Municipality Veslin Vukićević and Vice President of the Municipality Vasilije Jakšić.

The Prime Minister noted, at the meeting, that the progress of Žabljak over the past few years is visible to the naked eye.

"This is the result of the commitment of the Government and the local leadership, and your efficiency. We have invested here, only through the Public Works Administration, more than EUR 11 million in the mandate of this Government, and the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Agriculture has invested another EUR 2.6 million. With your budget, these are impressive investments and the citizens see it," said the Prime Minister. Prime Minister Duško Marković added that Žabljak is an example of how infrastructure and agriculture form a harmonious blend.

The Prime Minister continues his working visit by visiting several locations, where municipal projects are being implemented.

The meeting was also attended by Director of the Public Works Administration Rešad Nuhodžić and General Manager of Žabljak Gorica Vuković
